Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How To Return
Email returns@ratedldn.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions. Ship the item back using a tracked service. Refund processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the return.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, limited edition pieces, and accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
